B.C. Liquor Board had inspected Chinese liquor for the Chinese customers. 190 A. Pender Street gambling joing - the owner was fined $95. Foon Sien - as the executive of CBA and Restrictive Immigration Law Abolishment Committee he had tried to protest the law.
