B.C. Liquor Board had inspected Chinese liquor for the Chinese customers. 190 A. Pender Street gambling joing - the owner was fined $95. Foon Sien - as the executive of CBA and Restrictive Immigration Law Abolishment Committee he had tried to protest the law. He also did some individual work by giving talks to white associations, especially at Liberal party quarters where he got sympathy and support. Chinese Club - now the different Chinese Clubs were trying to compete with each other for more membership. Ottawa - Chinese, Japanese and E.
