Liu is a Toysunese, member of the central executive committee, special representative to COftfolg Overseas Chinese and to sell Patriotic Bonds. A summary of his speech: "The governmet keeps developing our motherland. Agricultural products increased. Factories, railroads, and highways are all increasing. Development takes time. The Japanese burglars, however, are not willing to see a well developed China. Though Jpanese military forces are strong, their resources are limited. With the cooperation of all the Chinese, overseas and otherwise, the ultimate victory is ours.".
