He pleaded guilty and was fined $50. Chinese, Chou Lo, was prosecuted for running a gambling house. He was fined $25. The 4 gamblers were fined $10 each. 5.Chinese, Ho Shing, was prosecuted for selling gambling tickets. He was fined $50. News from Other Cities 1.Victoria: The regulation re: registration of birth has been revised. The baby must now be registered 30 days after birth instead of the original 60 days.
