Kong Chow Branch - Victoria - 25th anniversary on Nov. 5. Red Feather Fund Drive - $1500 was raised in Chinatown. Fund raising team leader Seto Kuo. Vancouver Police Cttee wanted to cease operations of a Chinese Club at 237% £kh£ Powell because they operated fan-tan, etc. Chinse comminity in Calgary helped to raise expansion fund for the Youth Club (white man's). 5 men went fund collecting on Oct. 17, and over $2000 was raised.
