CBA - Foon Sien had appealed to the new special Senate Cttee ( Y '^f'^it ^ ) which was set up on March 10/50 to investigate the issue of human rights. YWCA - the Chinese YWCArhad been set up 1949 and there was a fund drive together with the H.Q. for establishment of a new building.
