Description: Foon Sien - was in Ottawa to represent the Restrictive Immigration Law Abolishment Cttee of Vancouver. The 1st meeting with the Minister was on 22nd and afterwards all delegates left. Foon Sien still remained in Ottawa for a 2nd meeting on 24th. When Foon Sien was there, he was warmly welcomed by various association. On his way back to Vancouver, he stopped over Intfe Toronto for discussion with some of the community leaders about the whole issue. Dai Kung Charity School - called important meeting on April 1. Man Sing Reading Room - Vancouver - welcomed a member of the new Toronto branch.
