1) Freemason 3rd Trans-America Continent Representative General Convention - progress report. Soma of the guests attending were : ^$$J^lj , Central Ex. members and special guest for Am Continent, ( ^TM^f ^* Would be arriving in Vancouver from H.K. soon. Name list of representatives g from other branche and their arrival times. 2) Freemason Athletic Club - called election meeting on Jan.11. 3) Immigration problem - due to the unrest in China, many potential immigrants were delayed in H.K. or China. As a result CBA director - Foon Sien, Leung Chop K011 ( ^jj^LS ) and the ex-director^'"^g/J >jp » reP- from En-ping and Jeng Wing Yeung Fong and a legal advisor wexnt to/see white officials in Nov., 1949. The result of the meeting was ta urge the office in H.K. to accelerate the procedures and be leniant to the applicants. The department of Immigration and Manpower had already granted and confirmed the above request by sending them a letter. 4) Wong Kong Har Branch - Edmonton - description of inauguration on Jan.l. 5) Wong Wun Shan Branch - description of inauguration on Jan.l and 1st anniversary. 6) Freemason - Div.
