- Toronto news - CPOS Chinese Agents announced new entry pro- cedures into H.K. i.e. Starting from Nov. 14, all returning Chinese to China and H.K. had to get visas from British Embassy in Ottawa, (except those who were holding Canadian passports.) Trans-American Continent 3rd Freemason General Convention Preparation Committee -announced that in the 1st General Convention, it was decided that the 3rd one would be held in Vancouver. The Divisional H.Q. in Vancouver decided that this general convention would be on Jan.15/50. Regulations:1)A11 Div. H.Q. send 3 reps; 2) travel expenses paid by individual H.Q.; 3) room and board during convention paid by General Convention; 4) all names, infor. to be in 15 days before convention; 5) all visiting permits to be arranged at British and Canadian Embassy, by individual reps.
