Freemason - Div. H.Q. - meeting on Oct. 22, all are welcome, including convention representatives from branches who were still in Vancouver. Freemason - 14th general convention - passed that $100 be given for charity fund drive by Red Feather. CBA - Vancouver - received letters from Campney and Minister of Resources that they would attend to the immigration delay in H.K. The minister said a special agent had been sent to H.K. to assist with interviews. ^ ^^i^WaS *"-red as 1951 census surveyer. They would start interviewing in Vancouver Chinatown area on Oct. 24. Vancouver Sun printed an article by Foon Sien on his views about Ma^-Tse-Tung. Chinese Embassy in Ottawa - there was news indicating that the 8 staff members in the Embassy would follow Mao-Tze-Tung after Canada offically recognized mao's government. CPS - Calgary - description of School opening on Oct. 10.
