Description
Dai Kung Charity School - on Oct. 14 welcomed the delegates attending the Freemason 14th general convention - description; donation collection. CBA - Vancouver - due to the unrest in China, many overseas Chinese were still in H.K. waiting for transportation back to Canada, together with a few immigrants waiting for interviews; CBA wrote to Minister of Resources and MP Campney urging for faster service at H.K. Immigration office. - as executive of CBA sent a correction to Chinese Times stating that he had mistakenly signed his name on the supporting letter to Kuoming-tang government. Moreover, he stated that CBA was wrong to say that the whole community would support the Kuomingtang, because they had no mass public meeting held to decide on general feeling of community.
