CBA had already asked various Chinese organizations to send representatives. CBA lawyer - Denis Murphy pleaded for voting rights at City Council which promised to review the regulations and brought the issue up at the B.C. City Council Association conference in Sept. 17. 2) Freemason - Nanaimo - 5 ancestor commemoration day on August 29.
