Ing Suey Shan Tong, Wong Wun Shan, Wong Kong Har H.Q., Hon Sing Athletic Club, Man Sing Reading H.Q. urged the community to support as the Kuo Man Conference representative. All those who had registered at the Consulate and had an I.D. card were allowd to vote at CBA from Nov. 21-23. A biographywas posted and Wong also wrote about his ambitions as a representative. Kuo Man Conference - voting day was on Nov. 21, 22, 23. There had already been a committee to supervise the election. CBA - exit fee collection. Overseas Chinese Educational Branch in Canada - election on Nov. 16 at Man Keong School. Freemason Montreal - Freemason Central Supervision Cttee member , and were in Montreal on Nov. 23.
