- Freemason Cuba - a pre-conference meeting was held on Aug. 30 to let the 31 delegates know each other, and to discuss the agenda. The reps, from Canada were chosen to be the members of the Conference opening committee. There was also a Freemason Charity Graveyard in Cuba - all reps, went there to pay respects Dart Coon Van - meeting on Sept. 13th. Van. Consulate reported a notice re educational system for overseas Chinese. Inside China, educational system for returning Chinese was administered by the Education Department and assisted by the overseas Chinese Affairs Cttee, whereas administration was the other way round for education system abroad. CBA Van. - exit charity fee collection. Freemason Victoria - welcomed.
