- Freemason Van. - a general meeting would be held on March 8 to discuss the future Cross-Canada general convention. New Republic Newspaper Victoria - the chief visitor was in Van. on March 5. He arrived in Van. from China. Freemason Lethbridge - the members were enthusiastic in donating for the cross-Canada General Convention. Chung Wah Kung Shaw - the Kung Shaw worked with white organizations to raise funds for China 2 weeks ago. In the Chinese community $730 was raised, in white cmmunity, $600 was raised. The local fund drive had been ended on March 1. Chen Wing Chwun H.Q. Van. - thanked donors for 21st anniversary on March 2nd.
