- 1) Freemason Vancouver - spring festival would be held on Feb. 9. Pre-registration was needed for the banquet. 2) Hoy Sun Ning Yeung Assoc. Van. - executive meeting on Feb. 5 - exit fee collection was discussed. 3) The Council of the Hoysun County sent a letter to the Association in Vancouver re the %-unpaig cheques which were sent back by the overseas Chinese during 1941 to the Bank of China and Kwongtong Bank. The Council requested the banks to pay the other half or do something to balance the amount. A Hoysun branch requested to negotiate this issue with the government and asked help from Overseas Chinese Affairs Cttee. 4) Kai-ping H.Q. - spring festival would be held on Feb. 9. 5) Canadian Aid to China Cttee Van. - name list of donors. Harry James ( ) was one of the most enthusiastic fund raisers. 6) Dart Coon Club Calgary - staff inauguration on Feb. 2. 7) - thanked donors for expences.
