Description: In the meeting attended by 31 delegates from Chinese Associations in Vancouver, the Kung Jai Assoc. passed the following resolutions: The constitution passed in 1938 should be discarded. The title of the Association will be changed into "The Vancouver Chinese National Salvation Association" ( ). 12 persons were selected for preparing a new constitution whiih would be publicized when completed.
