Description: A public announcement was made by the Kung Jai Assoc. on the meeting of Chinese Associations to be convened on April 23 to discuss whether the title and constitution needs i revisions. Toronto: The Eastern Canada Freemasons' Resisting Assoc. has raised more than CH $46,000 during the Spring Festival which will be sent to Kwangtung for relief. An article by the Sounding Bell Times (or Hong Chong Bao ) criticised the Toronto Resisting Assoc. for financial mismanagement.
