Nan Ping Mansion ( ) donated CH $20,000 and raised another CH $40,000 on the occasion of their 16th anniversary. They held a joint meeting with the En Ping Assoc. ( ) and En Ping Comarades Society ( ). They decided to raise more funds and then sent the funds to En Ping for relief purposes. The working body to raise funds will be called All-Canada En Ping Chinese Relief Association, H.Q. The rich and influencial Chinese merchant Chen Yee-yiau ( ) celebrated his eighty-first birthday the other day. Vernon: The Resisting Assoc. has raised $387 for troop-comfort which has been sent to China.
