Description: The Kung Jai Assoc. will finish the July 7th contribution campaign on August 1, contribution sent from other areas (outside Vancouver) will be accepted up till August 15th. They have raised about CH $1,000,000. A general meeting of Chinese workers ( ) (or Chinese Workers United Assoc) was held and attended by representatives from Mah's Assoc., South Ship Company, North Vancouver Ship Company, and others. Income tax issues as related to pensions for relatives were discussed.
