Description: The 1,500 Chinese workers employed in the Shingle Companies and another 1500 employed in the shipbuilding companies decided to hold a united strike to demand pension benefits for their relatives (wives and children) living in Canada. That pension is endowed to white workers' relatives and the Chinese workers demands are to be treated equally on this issue.
