Description: The Consul General in Vancouver sent a notice requesting the Chinese sailors to register with them; it would be easier to protest or to demand settlement when accidents happen as they recently have. Ambassador Liu arrived in Vancouver. Winnipeg: The Resisting Association asked the Consul General to request the Canadian Government to order the banks to give cash back to the Chinese who sent remittance at and after Hong Kong War occupied and the money never arrived in their relative's hands.
