Description

A long letter from the Chinese Consul General explaining honours to be granted to those who make big contributions to the country. 2) A notice from the Chinese Consul General: many overseas Chinese organizations have conducted monthly contributions and many others have not. Recently various sources have sought to raise funds from the overseas Chinese. The monthly contributions raised by the overseas organizations are sometimes being used to satisfy those demands. This had decreased the sum of donations to the country from overseas Chinese. Those associations that have not organized monthly donations shall do so. The monthly donation shall not be used to satisfy other demands. 3) New Westminster: The National Salvation Ass'n. raised $836 refugee relief fund.
