Description: - The Bonds Association scheduled July 15th to start the campaign for "Tank Fund", i.e. raising funds to buy tanks to fight the war of resistance. - A Canadian ±a of Anglo origin accused one of the leaders of Chinese agriculturists of being sympathetic with communist ideas. - Memorial meeting for "July 7th Event" in many Chinese communities. - Nanimo: The soldiers in the camp here were forbidden to go into Chinese community because of the accident (a Chinese was beaten by three soldiers) happening the other night.
