Description: A letter from Governor of Kwang tung to CBA said that another $CH 1,000,000 relief fund has been sent to the four counties for refugee relief. Chinese merchants' and businessmen's associations met to discuss how to help sell Canadian War Savings Bonds. (The Bonds Committee sent letters to them asking them to help sll the Bonds.) Winnipeg: Kai-ping Chinese contributed $115 within a few days to relieve the Kai-ping refugees. Contributions to rescue the refugees of Wu Yiep.
