Hon Chow Association will be responsible for letters. Yin Ping Association for propoganda; Dart Coon Club for public relations; Chinese Workers Protection Society will be responsible for investigations; Wong Kong Har Tong will be responsible for general affairs. 12 fund raising teams were also foimed. A special meeting fa of the Bonds Association to discuss activities of Overseas Aviation Movement Society.
