Description: Nov. 29 - The Bonds Association starts winter clothing fund raising campaigns. - Victoria: In the general meeting that was convened on the 26th it has been found that Liu Kwang-chu ( jfyj ) one of the founders of the Relief Fund Association (or War Refugees Relief Committee), took $100 as his salary from the $508 that was raised by the committee. And there were other corruptions, special committee was formed to make things clear.
