Oct. 6 - 13th meeting of the Airplane Fund Ass.; Chairman $CH 60,000 will be sent to Canton to help buy airplanes. - A notice from Wong Kon Har Tong: In the meeting held on Sept. 26, it was decided that no ceremony will be ,<"ld for the 16th anniversary because of the national cris - New Westminster: Head of the investigation committee of the Chinese National October 6 (cont'd) - Salvation Ass. accused the Chinese grocery owner, Li, of being suspected to have business relationships with Japanese. Li explained to the special meeting concerned and denied the accusation. The committee was unable to decide whether Li had such dealing or not. Finally, Li said, though he denied the accusation, he was silling to donate $5 to Refugee Relief Fund.
