Description: August 16 - The Resisting Ass. convened a general meeting of all Chinese and representatives of Chinese Associations in Vancouver. The 12th resolution: all August 16 (cont'd) - overseas Chinese shall boycott Japanese products, shall not hire Japanese. Those who directly or indirecly buy or sell Japanese goods will be fined from $10 to $500. The fine will be used for refugee relief. (ijHUMJ^ ): The Chinese Welfare Ass.
