Description
Feb. 14 - A reprint of an article by P'eng Teh-huai ( #^j|^^Jj[__ ) on the Strategy and tactics of War of Resistance (Page 1, editorial space.) - Regina: The communist Party in Saskachewan invited the Chinese Resisting Ass. in the province to send delegates to their convention on 27-30, January. The Chinese Resisting Associations accepted the invitation on the grounds that the anti-Japanese invaders morale was high. Delegates representing the Resisting Ass. in Regina, Saskcachewan and Moose Jaw attended the convention and approved the following resolutions: 1: unite the Canadians to demand the Prime Minister not to ship any armaments to Japan. 2: Expand the boycott against Japanese goods. 3: Raise refugee funds to help the war victims in China. Feb. 14 - The convention also had the Chinese delegates promise to send representatives to remote rural areas to inform the people how brutal the Japanese Invaders really were.
