Description: Feb. 9 - The Freemasons sent representatives to collect annual membership fee and and provide renewal accommodations. - In a meeting, the Student Self-governing Society decided to notify the Refugee Relieving Fund Division of the CBA that they are willing to put up a play on the coming May to raise funds. (^C^~ ) Gold Mines: The few Chinese here managed to raise $3000 for military funds and over 300 items of clothing. But as the war progresse it was necessary to make more donations, to buy bonds and to raise refugee relief funds. ( ^ii $ ): Recent buyers of Patriotic Bonds.
