Feb. 7 - Duty hand over of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce. After the break out of Shanghai War, the Chamber immediately raised $CH 35,000 and sent it back to China. Later when the Military Fund Raising Ass. was founded, and still later, after the founding of Patriotic Bonds Selling Association, the Chamber stopped its own fund-raising and sent representatives into both of the fund raising association to do the job. - Work report of the Chinese Clinic for January. - A translation of the editorial on 'Why the Japanese must Fail' that appeared in the Province. - (The duty hand over of organizations is omitted unless there was something of interest happening in the ceremony.).
