Sept.3 - An announcement from the Chinese Embassy in Washington states that all contributions should be addressed to the Bank of China, 40 Wall Street, Nwe York, City. Money for military funds shall be addressed to "The Chinese Embassy". Money for relieving refugees shall be addressed to "The Chinese Red Cross Soc". *The functaionaries of the Headquarters for Raising Military Funds will meet every Saturday. The Headquarter sent another $Ch 50,000 to Nanking. The Freemasons in Kamloops and Winnipeg commemoratedthe uprising date of their founding fathers. Funds were raised at the same time. The Freemasons in Winnipeg donated $Ch 5,000. Victoria: The Chinese here donated $Ch 75,000 ($22,000) last week. List of Functionaries of The Resisting Ass. in Victoria ( Chinese National Salvation Bureau ).
