Description: August 7 - The functionaries of the Resisting the Japanese and Saving the Count Ass. of the Citizens of the Republic of China ( met on Aug. 4. Some one described the state of the war. It was proposed that a military Fund Raising Bureau should be founded after the central army was sent out to fight the war. A fund raising play will be performed on the 15th to finance their weekly publication, "Resisting the Japanese" ( The Overseas Chinese will be urged to cut business relationships with the Japanese and Japan.
