Description: Feb. 18 - Victoria: Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Victoria raised money for the Resistance Army in NE China in December, 1936. They sent the money to Nanking. Now they received a letter from the Central Finance Committee that a sum of 1,600 Chinese Dollars has been received. Last December, three Chinese contributed $CH 1,150 to the central Finance Committee in Nanking. They had also received a letter acknowledging the receipt of the money.
