1. The head office of the CKT of Canada held an executive meeting last night. 2. Owing to examinations, the Chinese Overseas Students' Association in Vancouver has not functioned for 3 weeks. There will be a meeting tomorrow, however. Also a pamphlet is in the process of being published. It is hoped that the Chinese here will buy it. News from other cities 1. London, Ontario ( 'ty T&f) : the CKT held a meeting to commemorate the birth- day of Mr. Chan Kan-nan ( l^s^L^ ), and to welcome Mr. Tsao ( ^ ). Mr. Tsao is here to discuss the organization and publication of Hong Kong K^iing- 3. Los Angeles: Altogether 61 Chinese were arrested in the vicinity of Los Angeles. The police said tht they had no right- to stay in the US and they would be sent out of the country. 2. Toronto: the CKT commemorated the birthday of Mr. Chan (.
