News from other cities, Canada 1. CKT: duty handover ceremony on Jan.4. Dart Coon Club ( ): duty handover ceremony on Jan.5. 2. Victoria: Kong-chow Hui-kuan ( ) completed its duty handover on Jan.5. 3. ( ): last July, a Mr. Chou ( ) was convicted of 6 months owing to overdrinking.
