November 19 P.2 1) Yun Ping Tung Fook Tong Vic. 2 reps, were sent to Nanaimo, Duncan, Kimberley, etc. to raise funds for shipping ancestors' bones to China. 2) Shar Doey Mutua}. Society Van. Farewell party for a few members and an executive. P.3 3) It was reported that the newly apointed Van. Chinese Consul Chow Chi Ki ( ) would be sent off to Vancouver on Dec. 14th. 4) A few cases of Chinese bein g charged with gambling or operating gambling places. 5) Dart Coon Club Kelowna and Princeton. Welcomed Tsou Mou Sum (President of Chinese Freemason H.Q.) & Lee Mei Chun (editor from U.S.). Talk re organization of Hong Kong Newspaper. Members were eager to raise funds for newspaper. 6) A sarcastic remark towards Consul Po's exploitation of the Chinese.
