Description: 1) As a result of theintervention by Consul Luk, the ship Co. had finally agreed to pay $550 compensation fee to the relatives of the drowned crewman. 2) CKT (Victoria) announced the goals of the general convention; (a) to organize political party and to set up a constitution and ideology of Hung Mun. (b) to appoint representatives. (c) to write up the history of Hung Mun. (d) to screen out all rebellious members. (e) to carry out member registration.
