Wah Kiu External Affairs Cteee (Van) announced that even though the restrictive proposals were rejected, the committee would continue to strive for equality. The ultimate goal was to revise the 43 restrictive immigration^ laws. Propaganda ves booklets would be published and representatira would be sent to China to talk about the restrictive immigration laws that were imposed on the overseas Chinese.
