- CKT (Vancouver) Report on the opening ceremony of its speech club. Wah Kiu External Affairs Cttee (Vancouver) held a meeting on Feb. 27 to discuss plans for protesting the English test regulation. Representatives would be sent to various workers' unions to talk about the inappropriateness of regulatic Kong Chow Association (Vancouver) Office inauguration ceremony of the executives of its reading room. A find raising committee for Kwok Kwok School was set up. CKT (Kelowna) welcomed 2 representatives from district 3. The Chinese Consulate (Vancouver) received a reply from Consul General who advised that the appeal re the English test regulations should be directed t the B.C. Gov't. It seemed as though Chou was relunctant to do anything about it in Ottawa. Lung Kong Kung Shaw (Vancouver) 3rd anniversary on March 13. ) Chan Wing Chwun Tong (Van) 1st anniversary on March 20th.
