Asian proposals brought forth by the conservative party members in the Parliament meeting. The 3 main issues were (a) All E. Asians be deprived of rights to buy land (b) School segregation (c) all E. Asians miners and machinists should pass an English exam before allowing to work. Lam Sai Har Tong (VAN) Office inauguration. Kong Chow Ass'n (Van) Banquet was held to celebrate 2nd anniversary.
