- September 14 Tuesday p.3 1) News from the Chinese Consulate (Van.) regarding its census sucvey. All Chinese in B.C., Alberta & Saskatchewan were requested to send information like names, age, origin, date of entry, occupation and address of correspondence to the consulate. 2) Kai Ping Association (Van.) announced that so far about $10,200 was raisedin Canada for establishing Kai Ping High School. 3) members were urged to raise anti-bandit funds. 4) 10 Chinese were arrested in a smoking den. 5) CRT (Victoria). A banquet and a general meeting fehexe were held to welcome who took charge of the building of the 5-ancestor temple. 6) CBA (Victoria). Further resfcult of its drawing of lottery tickets. 7) News from , Hung Man members got together to celebrate the Ancestral Birthday. 8) Dart Coon Club (Duncan). Farewell to a member. 9) Dart Coon Club (Toronto), thanked donors for its opening ceremony.
