June 10 Thursday ^ 2 1) Report on the meeting held by the teachers of the Chinese schools. Executives were elected for setting up a joint educational association for organizing picnics. **3 2) Kai Ping High School. , etc. had gone to central and Eastern Canada to raise funds for the school as well as anti-bandit purposes. 3) Chinese Cook's Union (Van.). A general meeting was held. Speeches on the abuses of the Chinese warlord system were made. p.3 4) Court hearing on the cases of Heung shan Hospital. 5) CKT (Toronto) planned to establish a weekly newspaper. 6) CKT (Victoria). An announcement regarding donation for the 5-ancestor Temple. All branches which had not yet sent in their donations were advised to do so in order to obtain a commemoration badge.
