- May 11 Tuesday 2 1) H.Q. for organizing Hoysun High School. Celebration for grand opening of Hoysun High School would be held on May 24th. 2) M0J\, /^nTft-vfew^Van.) 4th anniversary celebration on May 24th. 3) Consul Ho sent a letter to CBA (Van.) advising the Chinese drug merchants to indicate the manufacturer's names and drug contents on the parcels so as to avoid unnecessary delay or troubles during inspection by public health officers. p.2 4) Consul Ho had protested against the Burnaby city council for not issuing a business license to a Chinese merchant. 5) A Chinese was caught for selling liquor. 6) A Chinese was caught selling narcotic drugs. 7) CKT (Victoria), announced that the 4th cross-Canada general convention would be held on October 31st in Vancouver. The branches were urged to send in the maintenance fies before October 1st.
