December 14 P.3 1) The Star newspaper reported that the Chinese community was experiencing inter- nal conflict which would soon lead to tong war. 2) Overseas Chinese Agricultural H.Q. wrote to CBA on December 12 re the new bill which would prohibit the Chinese/Japanese from buying or leasing land. the H.Q. had already chosen 2 representatives to deal with the case. It was hoped that CBA could give ideas and assistance. 3) Dart Coon Club Van. New executive were chosen. 4) Chinese Students' Athletic Club - victo.ry in the recent football match with U.B.C. Team. 5) Kong Chow Assocition Van. Restults of final executive election. 6) CKT Edmonton. Meeting was held to Welcome new members.
