- December 1 P.2 1) Dart Coon Club Van. urged members to hand in donations for operational expenses. 2) 9 Sin Tongs ( ) in Victoria - Hoysun, , , , Pan-Yu ( ), & had combined efforts to carry on bone shipment. Registration for bone shipment, i.e. giving exact names and places to the sin tong was necessary. 3) Kong Chow Association Victoria. Names of candidates for the final executive election. 4) Shon Yee Hui. Court hearing of the murder case of 2 executives who were murdered in May. 5) Dart Coon Club (Victoria). Report on the 9th anniversary. 6) Chung Wah Youth Association (Ottawa) welcomed Consul general Chow on Nov. 23. 7) CBA Van. pointed out the defects of the restrictive land buying/leasing law. It advised all organizations, farmers and people concerned to unite together to fight against injustice.
