- Sestember ,22 P.3 1) of the Merchant Bank sent an sos to the director of the Shanghai Merchant Bank so that he could extend help to the ome-visint Chinese who were having troubles with the brigade and could not return to Canada on time. 2) Consul Ho announced that he had already sent someone to check the financial statement of CBA and found that it had truly sent all raised funds to China.
