- September 14 P.3 1) Kai Ping High School fund raising delegates arrived in Van. from Seattle. He was warmly welcomed. He would go to other places to raise funds. 2) Nanaitno news. Canadian born association ( ) appealed to theprovincial government not to give drivers licenses to illiterate people, i.e. East Asians because they did not know regulations. 3) Jung Family Association ( in Vancouver), the 2nd recruitment of Pak Tzu Hui members.
