The associatiln was now waiting for the permission of the city mayor before the plan can be carried out. P.3 2) 2 Chinese were arrested for smuggling $6000 worth of opium into U.S. P.3 3) Consul General Lim held a bqnuet to welcome the 2 generals from Shansi.
